Technical
EMSA South developed a Coaching Skills Development Program. It will be made available for all who wish to coach in EMSA South. The program (and its clinics) will be mandatory, but there will be several dates available to suit your schedule. It will guide the appointment of coaches and assistant coaches. It aims to make your Coaching role easier, more enjoyable, and successful, and will focus on:
- The nature of “Stage Development” (providing age-appropriate coaching)
- Developing balance and coordination (through exercises or drills)
- The Coach’s role
- Tips on the conduct of practice sessions
Any questions please contact the Community Technical Director at communitytechnical@gmail.com
