The 2024 Outdoor equipment return is upon us.
Thank you for volunteering and making this a great season for the players!
For the U4, U5 and U7 teams the Tim Hortons jerseys, balls, shorts and socks are a keepsake for the players. All other team equipment needs to be returned to the EMSA South Equipment warehouse on one of the following dates:
- Thursday, June 27 between 6:00 PM and 8:45 PM
- Wednesday, July 10 between 6:00 PM and 8:45 PM
- Saturday, July 13 between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM – please note this is the last equipment return.
Pinnies need to be laundered prior to returning them to the equipment return.
For U9 to U19 teams:
Jerseys: Please collect your teams’ jerseys at your last game. Since EMSA South requires all jerseys, pinnies, and keeper jerseys to be laundered prior to returning them to equipment, if you have a parent that has not fulfilled their volunteer commitment for the 2024 season and would be willing to launder them, please allow them to do this and fulfill their volunteer commitment. Jerseys must be laundered and dry upon returning them to the equipment warehouse. If jerseys are missing, please identify the missing jersey number, the player’s name. Jerseys will be inspected and if in good standing the applicable jersey deposit will be discarded.
NOTE: If a player has not returned their jersey to the team please let them know they can return their jersey on one of the above dates and times to the equipment warehouse. Coaches, if you cannot make it, please make alternate arrangements with your coaching staff on your team or a parent on your team to return your team’s jerseys and equipment on your behalf to the equipment warehouse. Team Equipment and individual players jerseys are not to be returned to the EMSA South office.
The equipment warehouse is located at 9904-71 Ave NW – entrance way to the equipment warehouse is located at the overhead doors on the north/back side of the building The warehouse has a mural of Joey Moss on it and faces 99 St. Free Parking is available at the Russel Metals Parking lot adjacent to 9904-71 Ave. Please see the attached Equipment map.
**** PLEASE NOTE: All team equipment MUST be returned by July 13, 2024. Coaches, if you cannot make it please make alternate arrangements with your coaching staff on your team or a parent on your team to return your team equipment on your behalf. For any unreturned team equipment after July 13, 2024 where alternate arrangements have not been made the team’s equipment deposit will be cashed****. Equipment is not to be returned to the EMSA South office.
*** Please let your players know that the online EMSA South 2024-2025 Indoor Registration opens up on August 1, 2024 at EMSA South
