EMSA SOUTH organizes soccer for the following Communities:
The EMSA South Zone consists of the Mill Woods Communities: Burnewood, Knottwood, Lakewood, Leefield, Millhurst, North Millbourne, Ridgewood, Southwood, Woodvale, The Meadows, Fulton Meadows, Laurel, Ellerslie, Horizon (Summerside) the City of Beaumont, the South East communities: Argyll, Avonmore, Bonnie Doon, Capilano (Hardisty), Cloverdale, Forest/Terrace Heights, Fulton Place (Hardisty), Gold Bar (Hardisty), Hazeldean, Holyrood, Idylwylde, Kenilworth, King Edward Park, Ottewell, Ritchie, Riverdale, Rossdale, Strathcona, Strathearn and Twin Parks for Community soccer programs and 1 Club program, the Selects FC.
We continue to try to improve our soccer program each year. Our volunteers make our program a success, and we hope everyone continues to appreciate them as much as we do!
January 22nd the office will be CLOSED for an off-site meeting.

Final games: January 31 (U4/U5) and February 7/8, 2026 (U7-U19)
Post Season:
Tier 5-8 City Finals (U11-U19) February 21 & 22, 2026 (Locations in Edmonton)
Tier 4 Provincials (U13-U19) March 13-15, 2026 (Location: Edmonton, Hosted by ASA)
OUTDOOR SOCCER 2026
2026 Season registration opens February 5, 2026.
Program details will be posted in late January.
Season runs May 1 (weather dependent) till late June
Player Evaluations & Open Roster Opportunities!
We’re excited to welcome all athletes to our upcoming Player Evaluation Sessions as we prepare for the new season!
These sessions are designed to help coaches understand each player’s skills, strengths, and development needs. All players will be placed on a team — no cuts, no pressure, just a chance to grow and play!
🗓️ Dates: U8 – U11 March 9 & 11, U12 – U19 March 18 & 25
📍 Location: Turf Training Centre 4 and Edmonton Dome

2025 National Selects FC U15 Girls
Our U15 female Tier 1 Selects FC team has worked incredibly hard this soccer season, proudly earning the title of Alberta Champions at Provincials. They competed strongly, representing Alberta at the Canadian Soccer Nationals in Prince Edward Island (Oct 8–14)! This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our athletes. ⚽️💙

2019 National MW Selects FC team!
The MW Selects FC Pajo/Charpentier team never lost a game in regulation time,
but a couple of shootouts and they placed 6th in the Toyota National Championships U15 Cup. Congratulations!!
