Bench Requirements
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all players, every team must have at least one adult on the bench who is the same gender as the players.
Example Scenarios:
- For a Girls Team:
If the Coach, Assistant Coach, and Manager are all male, a “Bench Mom” (female adult) must be present on the bench for all games. - For a Boys Team:
If the coaching staff is all female, a “Bench Dad” (male adult) must be present.
This requirement applies to all games and is mandatory for team compliance.
