Age Movements

An Age Movement is a request for a player to play on a higher-age team.

Deadline:

All age movement requests must be submitted through the registration portal no later than March 14, 2025.

  • Requests must be made at the time of registration.
  • You will be notified of the decision in writing.
  • The committee’s decision is final.

Downward Age Movement (Play Down Requests)

Requests for a player to move to a lower age group due to mental or physical disabilities may be considered in rare cases.

  • Must be supported by a Physician’s recommendation.
  • Submit documentation to: execdir@millwoodssoccer.ca by March 14, 2025.

Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., team placement, coach preference) can be submitted through the online registration system.

  • EMSA South will do its best to accommodate requests.
  • However, not all requests can be granted, and there is no guarantee of placement.
